Burn-in is often confused with the retention of the image, which is similar to burn in but it is only temporary. Image retention is usually disappear after 10-20 minutes after turning off the unit.

Another common criticism is that their Plasma screens are very reflective and aren't good for medium to high light viewing scenarios.
