New player Blu-Ray Disc BD 50 Panasonic DMP-

Panasonic have introduced a new playback Blu-Ray Disc for the North American market. The player Panasonic DMP-BD 50 Blu-Ray Disc offers a wide range of functions to promote the transition to HD – including 1080p picture quality, lossless Dolby ® TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio ™ and flexible picture-in-picture applications.

The DMP-BD 50 adds new BD-live function, which uses the Internet to further enhance the consumer entertainment experience and employs VIERA Link ™, a technology that allows the consumer to operate VIERA Link equipped home theater components with a single remote.

BD-Live opens myriad interactive features for the consumer. During future BD-Live will allow users to connect to the Internet to download these data as images and subtitles, and integrate interactive multiplayer games bonus movie-related content appearing in discs Blu-ray DMP-BD 50.

For optimal picture quality DMP-BD 50 features the PHL reference color processor and I/p conversion P4HD processor, which combines creating Uniphier ®, an accurate digital video processor produces sharp, crisp, true color that is extremely faithful to the original film. Uniphier reflects the advance encoding and authoring technologies developed by Panasonic Hollywood Laboratory.

The truth about the original source images are complimented by an extremely clean and precise sound achieved through sound Re-master and integrated decoder lossless Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master Audio. In addition, the DMP-BD 50 can be combined with full surround sound speakers for 7.1 channel and a 7.1 channel amplifier.

Networking is an important product of DMP-BD 50. With an SD memory card slot for easy transfer of pictures from a HD camcorder or digital still camera via an SD Memory card. The consumer simply inserts the SD card in the BD50 and then view the images on a big screen HD flat TV with AVCHD video format JPEG images or photographs in full 1920 x 1080 resolution.
